SOME THINGS TO KNOW:
This is not an “only love & light” kinda work.
Obviously, when we think and work with past life, we also work with death. In this society that is obsessed with the “young”, the “living”, the “productive”, it’s quite difficult to talk about death. In this way, we have killed death.
I strongly believe that if we want to acknowledge the magick in life, we also have to acknowledge the tragic. Death (in any forms) can be tragic for us, because we do not comprehend it, and we are given less and less time to reconcile with it through ceremony. What I keep saying to my clients is:
Acknowledging and making our realities conscious, even when scary, do not make them true but easier to eventually reclaim &/or disprove.
I have some journal prompts + a ritual to help you integrate the session, and I will send you those via email, after the workshop!
2. COME AS YOU ARE…
Something a lot of my clients struggle with:
there is no “right or wrong”, this is a practice of healing & liberation. Be open to whatever comes up and trust that this is for you to receive, right now.
